Come and join us in the Kent countryside for a weekend of yoga and Pilates. Take some time to get out of your head and onto the mat while meeting other awesome females along the way. There will also be plenty of time to relax and step away from the everyday. From silent nature walks to gong baths and self-reflection, we’ve got it covered. Hurry – spots are filling up fast.
Our venue for the weekend is tucked away in the Kent countryside. Set amongst 9 acres of beautiful gardens and only a short drive from Canterbury, it’s the perfect place to take some all-important time out. You’ll be staying in luxury accommodation, nestled amongst the tranquil gardens, topped off by a light and spacious studio where the yoga and Pilates classes will take place.

BUMBLE BEE COTTAGE
Set next to a herb garden, this one bedroom cottage has a luxury, contemporary feel. It comes complete with underfloor heating throughout, a log burning stove and a raindrop shower. A king size bed can be booked for single occupancy on request, or split into two singles.
This scandi-style cottage can be booked as a twin room. Similar to the Bumble Bee Cottage, its modern design comes with comforts such as underfloor heating throughout and a raindrop shower.
Perfect for those on a budget, this beautiful Scandinavian style dormitory can be shared by up to eight people. Three shared modern toilet and shower facilities are available in this clean and stylish room.
Light, warm and cosy, the Fuchsia Cottage is made up of two bedrooms which can accommodate four people. Choose between sharing a twin room or bunk beds in the second room. A spacious living room provides a great place to relax in between retreat activities.
The average day on a Downward Dog retreat will look something like the below...
8 am – Morning yoga with Sarah
9 am – Breakfast
10 am – Silent nature walk
11.30 - Goal setting exercise
12:30 pm – Lunch
1:30 pm – Gong bath
3 pm – Pilates with Hannah
4 pm – Time to chill
6:30 pm – Dinner is served
8 pm – Community event
10:30pm – Bed
