HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON THE RETREAT?

Our retreats are usually for between 8-16 women

WHAT KIND OF ACTIVITIES CAN I EXPECT TO DO?

Yoga and Pilates are the main activities of the day but we also offer silent nature walks, gong therapy and the option to take part in local activities such as surfing/paddleboarding depending on the location of the retreat. For full details please visit the individual retreat pages.

I’VE NEVER DONE PILATES OR YOGA BEFORE – DOES THIS MATTER?

Not at all. Our classes are open to everyone no matter what your experience.

WHAT IS A GONG BATH?

A gong bath is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about relaxation and healing. It is called a gong bath as participants are bathed in meditation gong sound waves.

I’M COMING ALONE, IS THIS OK?

Yes! We really hope you do decide to join us. We have a mix of people who decide to come with friends and those who would like to travel alone. Remember if you are deciding to join us alone, then there is a likelihood that there are other like-minded people who will be feeling the same! We always recommend sharing a room- it might sound intimidating but it’s an amazing way to feel a sense of community and sharing, and there are always lots of spaces to relax and unwind if you do need to escape a bit.  If you do feel that you want to have your own room then there are reasonable single supplement options!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We are a very small company and cancellations can really affect us. Because of this, we have a no refund policy.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT?

Towels, bedding, yoga & Pilates equipment and blankets. All main meals and snacks are provided, and there is a self-help bar for water and teas in the communal dinner and lounge. A selection of teas, oat/rice/almond and dairy milk.

DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes- our wonderful chefs can cater to any dietary requirement. We are vegetarian/vegan on our retreats and holidays.

CAN I STILL COME IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION?

Yes, but we do ask that you fill out a physical readiness questionnaire before taking part in the classes to ensure that we’re aware of any medical reasons that we may need to make adaptations for.
