About The Event

Yoga... or Pilates in the Shard? You decide!

Join us for Mental Health Awareness Week - we will be running a Yoga and Pilates class in The Shard raising money for the Lucy Rayner Foundation.

How does it work?

Book your ticket now to reserve your spot, then look out for our email, we will be in touch to find out whether you want to attend the Yoga or Pilates class - Both classes will be running at the same time in rooms next to each other.

All money raised through ticket sales will be donated to Jellyfish's charity of the year - The Lucy Rayner Foundation.

The Location

22 floors up, The Shard is the perfect setting for Yoga & Pilates. Energise your Saturday morning with a gentle Vinyasa Yoga class or a Pilates class overlooking the city of London.

Coffee, tea and water will be available after the class so feel free to grab one, have a chat and enjoy the view and take some photos.

Please note - Bring your own mat. Mats will not be provided.

The class will be held in Jellyfish's office on the 22nd floor of the Shard.


09.30 - 09.45 - Arrival & Check in at reception, enjoy the view

10.00 - 11.00 - Classes will run

11.00 - 11.30 - Refreshments & photo opportunity

The Teachers

The classes will be run by Hannah & Sarah - Marketers by day, Yoga & Pilates teachers by night!

Sarah Kerrigan will be leading the Yoga class - Yoga Alliance certified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga instructor, trained under Nathalie Dubreu at the Wellbeing Yoga School.

Hannah Rich will be leading the Pilates class - 600-hour qualified Pilates teacher who trained under Master Trainer Anoushka Boone at the Pilates in Motion Studio, London.
