Life can be hectic sometimes. Take some time out to spend on just you – yeh you. Surround yourself with a new environment and people while reconnecting with your body through practising yoga and Pilates. It’s amazing how just a few days of being on the mat can get you out of your head.
DOWNWARD DOG LIKE A BOSS
Never done a downward dog before? No worries. Our retreats are open to anyone, from first-timers to experienced yogis. The most important thing is that you own it - this is your time, so put as much into it as you expect to get back. Oh and don’t forget to breatheee.
FIND YOUR FLOCK
Yoga and Pilates are great, but so is meeting new and interesting people. Our retreats are for females only as we want to create friendships that last long after the retreat finishes.
CLIMB THAT GODDAM MOUNTAIN
What is it that you want? That you really, really want? We can’t promise you’ll get to the top of the mountain after one retreat but we want you to take time away from the everyday so that you can start to plan your route. From silent nature walks to gong baths, we’ve allowed space for you to take some all-important timeout.
